Each session is a dialogue between your body & it's innate intelligence.
If you've ever felt unsure about what happens in a "somatic" or "energy-based" session, you're not alone. The Traumatic Release Experience is designed to make your healing journey feel safe, clear, and supported - from the first convention to the last moment of rest on the table.
BEFORE THE SESSION
Ground & Orient
- Intake and baseline analysis - We begin by mapping how your body currently communicates: breath, sleep, stress, energy, and emotion.
- Intention setting - You share what's drawing you here. I listen for what your body is ready to release or receive.
- Preparation - You'll be guided in breath work or gentle movement to help your system settle before we begin.
This is where safety starts - not on the table, but in the agreement that your pace matters.
DURING THE SESSION
Listen & Unwind
A typical session lasts 75-90 minutes. Each moment is guided by what your body communicates through subtle cues: breath, tone, micro-movement & stillness.
• You remain fully clothed or appropriately draped depending on comfort and modality.
• Work may include Reiki, polarity therapy, cranial sacral touch, massage or somatic regulation techniques.
• I narrate briefly when shifts occur, helping your awareness stay connected and safe.
Clients often describe this stage as entering deep stillness—a state between rest and awakening—where the body resets its rhythm.
AFTER THE SESSION
Integrate & Anchor
We pause to notice what has changed. Integration begins immediately: sensations, insights, or emotions may continue unfolding for days.
You'll receive personalized guidance in 3 areas:
- Breath Work - simple grounding practices to keep your nervous system regulated
- Micro-Movements - gentle nervous system resets you can do anywhere
- Journaling or Voice Reflection - a way to process what the body revealed
Hydration, rest, and awareness are your homework.
WHY SESSIONS ARE
75-90 MINUTES
The nervous system takes time to trust. These longer sessions allow your body to complete full regulatory cycles - moving from activation to release to integration - without rushing.
This pacing is what makes the
Traumatic Release Protocol distinct from traditional massage or short-form energy work.
SCHEDULING & FLOW
Most clients begin with the 4-Week Foundation Protocol to establish safety & rhythm. From there, the 8 and 12 week phases deepen the work as the system gains stability.

Healing isn't a mystery to your body - it's a memory waiting to be remembered. Each session is a step toward that remembrance.
