I DIDN'T FIND THIS WORK - THIS WORK FOUND ME
What began as a search for my own healing became a devotion to help others find safety inside themselves again. I've learned that when the body feels safe, truth rises naturally - and with it, peace, clarity, and freedom.

My Story...
I spent years learning how to listen - not just to words, but to the way energy moves, breath shifts, and the nervous system speaks without sound.
Through my own experiences with stress, trauma, and disconnection, I discovered that healing doesn't come from force - it comes from relationship. From learning how to be in the body again.
Over time, I built a practice that integrates the structure of anatomy with the intelligence of energy - a bridge between the physical and the unseen - guiding people to restore flow where their system once froze. That work became a traumatic release.
TRAINING & BACKGROUND
Licensed Massage Therapist (AZ)
Reiki Master Teacher
Polarity Therapy Practitioner
Craniosacral Therapy
Somatic Regulation & Nervous System Re-patterning
Each modality offered me a new language of the body - and together, they form the foundation of my approach to trauma-informed, somatic healing.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I speak to the body as if it hears - because it does. Every touch, every pause, every breath is an invitation for your system to remember its natural rhythm. I believe healing is less about fixing and more about listening - allowing what's true to move freely through you again. This work is not about chasing release; it's about cultivating safety, presence, and truth.
INTEGRATED HEALING IN ACTION
In each session, the modalities merge seamlessly - guided by what your body asks for that day. Some sessions are still and quiet; others are deeply energetic. It's never the same twice because neither are you.
This attuned process is what allows deep change to happen safely. Whether through polarity circuits, reiki harmonizing, cranial sacral unwinding, or somatic regulation.
HEALING IS A PROCESS - NOT AN EVENT.
When we create enough safety, the body begins
to show us what's next.
